Yikes,I didn't know that there was an off duty NYPD in the car.That could change things entirely.If she makes statements contradicting those of the shooter and his pals she's gonna have to leave the force.She'd be a pariah.Unless she's got far more guts than I do she's gonna confirm the shooter's story in any inquiry,trial or lawsuit.
