I covet some of the non electric clothes washing items in Lehmans

I have washed in bathtubs...when my then husband was cleaning chickencoops...Years ago when we were young and broke.

The laundry soaps receipes make for huge amounts of soap.

I keep it all stored at home.

I am seriously considering building a shed in the back to put a washer in. I can make electricity, if required in an emergency. I've handwashed on 3 continents, and I don't like it much at all.

If there was room in the house, I'd have one now.
