Did you notice in the last half hour, Joe Biden did not laugh and mug, snort and interrupt like he did during the first hour? I think he was coming down from the Joker Juice he had obviously had a bit too much of. Either he was coming down, or somehow his handlers got the word to him that his Joker act wasn't going over very well.
