Vanity -- Why haven't we seen the stats on the number of viewers of the Veep debate? Hmm?
There was a debate?............
I watched a few minutes but I was more interested in the Tiger’s A’s game.
Seemed like Joe Biden was mostly making faces and answering questions nobody asked.
No, I mean the TOTAL number of people who watched the debate, not how many of you watched the debate, LOL!
I don’t think it will be HUGH, I mean there was a football and baseball game. If folk tuned in after the smirky one got wild I’m sure they change to the other game channels!
FLASH: TV RATINGS FOR VP DEBATE DOWN SHARPLY... DEVELOPING...
CBS 10.4 MILLION
ABC 6.9 MILLION
NBC 6.8 MILLION
FOX 5.3 MILLION
**69.9 MILLION WATCHED IN 2008...
Dang! I thought I was watching “Batman” with Joe Biden as “The Joker.”
The winner was Paul Ryon he kept his cool..If I had of been there I would have busted that old fart Biden into tomorrow..
If that was a debate then so be it..
We need more debates. Everytime there’s a debate, something good happens for the Tigers.
On the night of the Romney Obama debate, Miguel Cabrera won the triple crown for the first time in 45 years.
Last night the Tigers eliminated the A’s and Justin Verlander matched about 3 records and set one more of his own.
Doesn’t really help much except to say that people have already made up their minds....IMHO
13.
13.
Two things turned me off immediately when watching the debates: that highly unattractive, unkempt and unprofessional female moderator who was unable to control the proceedings and the condescending sneer on Bidens face.
Was able to stand the first five minutes before changing channels to watch Steelers/Titans.
Sheesh, this was no debate, this was an attempt by the MSM and the VP to publicly mug a candidate. What a total farce.
With the NFL and playoff baseball as alternatives, not many I reckon
People instinctively know that a VP debate is nothing more than a sideshow to the real circus of the campaign.
Tuesday’s debate will be more closely watched than even the first one, just to see if Obozo can regain his footing........
Oh, I watched most of it, but then fell asleep. Biden’s insolence became too predictable and tedious to watch. So much for entertainment and one-trick ponies.
I don’t imagine I’ll waste any more time watching debates. What could there be that we haven’t already figured out?
The VP debate in 2008 was an outlier in that the media had so demonized Sarah Palin and a large number of viewers tuned solely to see Sarah having her head handed to her.
I was home alone, yelling obscenities at the TV. At one point, I caught myself, and my next thought was that thank goodness no children were around to witness my tirades.
