I’ve heard that too. But I’ve also heard that it is very risky to use bullets to trade with because they so easily could be turned against you. I’d guess that if a person decided to trade with bullets, then you should really trust to whom you are trading them.
In such an economic situation I would not trade anything to anyone I didn’t trust.
