Bill Snyder is the most underrated coach in the country. Unlike other coaches at his age that became nothing but figureheads.

Yes, I know it’s a really down year for Auburn but they get up for that game as if it’s life/death to them. That rivalry has had some shockers over the years.

I may also add that Mississippi St. and Georgia have good programs but MSU hasn’t beaten anybody good yet and Georgia got stomped by South Carolina who has already lost to LSU so the only way they can get back into this is to beat Florida and hope for a lot of help.

South Carolina also has Clemson on their schedule and, while I don’t think the ACC is a strong enough league to get anyone to the BCS title game, Clemson is probably good enough to give the Gamecocks a tussle at the end of the year.

West Virginia is capable of putting up 50 points on anybody. They’re that scary on offense and Texas Tech did an outstanding job of grabbing the early momentum and forcing the Mountaineers into desperation mode.

Kansas St. slew the giant they needed to and, in honesty, beating Texas is like child’s play for Snyder. But West Virginia will be a stiff challenge and the Big XII has enough schools like Tech, TCU and Oklahoma St. that can spring an upset at any time. The Wildcats have the inside track to the title (and no championship game) but they still have a lot left to do. Other than Kansas, the league has no pushovers anymore.

West Virginia is capable of putting up 50 points on anybody.

And at the same time capable of giving up 60 to anybody.

But West Virginia will be a stiff challenge...

Absolutely no disagreement on that. West Virginia is hurt and at home and looking to make a comeback. But you can bet that Bill Snyder and company will be going over the tapes all week and will come up with the same kind of game plan that worked last Saturday. K-State can win at Morgantown. Personally I think they should win at Morgantown. But it won't come easy.

Nobody does less with more than Texas, what a disgrace, Mack should be gone. Just like with Auburn, catch lighting in a bottle at QB, then nothing after they leave.

Mack Brown, the highest paid public employee in the state of Texas.

Mack's offenses have worked up until this week. Defenses could not stop an average 6-A HS team in Texas. They might be able hold a good 6-man team under 50 points, however.

Were they playing? I thought they were conducting a sit-in about something.

I’m not a Tiger fan, but I feel sorry for the team.
