You have to grant that nobody is ever particularly clear what parts of the Old Testament can be safely ignored and what parts result in you going straight to Hell if you ignore them.
Might have been nice if a "list of changes and revisions" like in a military doctrine manual, was issued along with the New Testament.
True, but the Holy Spirit offers us wisdom and the overall principle in the New Testament is that all things are “legal” in Christ but not all things are worthwhile.
The Law of the Old Testament was to prove, in essence, that Man could never approach the holiness of God - that even something as seemingly simple as the Ten Commandments was impossible to keep without ever violating. Then Jesus blew that out of the water by throwing in things like lust and hate. The only way to approach God’s holiness is by grace through faith in Christ’s redeeming power.
Therefore, there were no longer dietary laws or laws against intermarriage or demands for circumcision, only to believe in Christ and receive His free gift of salvation then, out of reverence, seek His will, do good and not provide a stumbling block for others.
As for this woman, all she really needed to do was to recognize that Christ is the head of His church and that her husband is the head of their household and that the Christian husband is subjected to Christ.
For the military-minded, there is a chain-of command: Father-Son-Church-Husbands-Wives-Children. When each responds to those lower than them out of love and responds to each above their rank with obedience, everything works superbly.
Speaking through the Holy Spirit, Paul explains it completely in Galatians 3.

15 Certain people came down from Judea to Antioch and were teaching the believers: “Unless you are circumcised, according to the custom taught by Moses, you cannot be saved.” 2 This brought Paul and Barnabas into sharp dispute and debate with them. So Paul and Barnabas were appointed, along with some other believers, to go up to Jerusalem to see the apostles and elders about this question. 3 The church sent them on their way, and as they traveled through Phoenicia and Samaria, they told how the Gentiles had been converted. This news made all the believers very glad. 4 When they came to Jerusalem, they were welcomed by the church and the apostles and elders, to whom they reported everything God had done through them.
5 Then some of the believers who belonged to the party of the Pharisees stood up and said, “The Gentiles must be circumcised and required to keep the law of Moses.”
6 The apostles and elders met to consider this question. 7 After much discussion, Peter got up and addressed them: “Brothers, you know that some time ago God made a choice among you that the Gentiles might hear from my lips the message of the gospel and believe. 8 God, who knows the heart, showed that he accepted them by giving the Holy Spirit to them, just as he did to us. 9 He did not discriminate between us and them, for he purified their hearts by faith. 10 Now then, why do you try to test God by putting on the necks of Gentiles a yoke that neither we nor our ancestors have been able to bear? 11 No! i would dare say the 10 comandments are still in effect. just because Jesus summarized them to 2 - love the Lord God with all your heart, soul and mind, and love your neighbor as yourself - it didn’t replace them.
summaries are not replacements.
The laws regarding being ritually clean and unclean are not really applicable to people not going to the Temple.
As far as a list of changes and revisions refer to the letters to the Corinthians.
