MLK would be fighting like hell against affirmative action today. It's utterly enslaved the minds of millions of blacks, and turned liberals into grinning slavemasters perversely claiming to stand for freedom. It's absolutely demonic.
The only black people upholding MLK's REAL teachings are people like Alan West, Thomas Sowell and Bill Cosby, and the "black culture" reviles them.
But is this just blacks? There is so much patronizing by whites. Where have quotas come from? Who make up most of the media?
And the Founding Fathers and all those who lost loved ones or suffered incredible mental and physical anguish from the Revolutionary and Civil Wars must have pains that what was fought for is being destroyed. That our Country's masses are being manipulated into believing the choices we are taking are righteous.
There is no office that any member of any race can not achieve in the US.
King told a half-truth, that, somehow, all the blessings of 'pursuit of happiness' would rain down on everyone, to some extent.
But life is not like that.
Life is hard for everyone, but for those who work, sacrifice, believe in God, and save, and act wisely, MAYBE, life will be a little easier.
But maybe not.
Likewise, maybe it will be easier for those who do none of the right things.
It is not for us to say or begrudge... that is the deadly sin of envy.
Envy is a vice for us, but it is a sacrament for Marx, King and all the leftists who follow him.
Nothing is more repulsive in a human than the supposition that someone else is responsible for one's happiness or prosperity.
We should preserve FREEDOM for ourselves and our posterity, and guarantee NOTHING ELSE.
