It's a fair question. He FReeps, but he doesn't have running hot water???

That would be as ridiculous as spending money on internet access, yet being too poor to have a bathtub.

I don't pay for internet access. I barter for it. Laptop I'm on is old equipment that was part of the equipment I repo'ed for the leasing company and took in lieu of pay, when the leasing company ran short of cash to pay me.

I am NOT paying $250 bucks for a water heater right now. Maybe next year. I get by just fine without it. Running hot water is nice to have, not need to have.

I've lived at the edge of disaster since 2008. You develop skills to cope. ;)
