The Tide has turned..Obama is losing. My Predictions 2 weeks out.
Real Debate Wisconsin ^ | 10/19/2012 | Downtown Brown

Posted on 10/20/2012 1:56:04 PM PDT by Signalman

I know and the media now knows that Obama is going to lose.

Is anyone else sensing the TURN of the "Tide"???? I am feeling it, and smelling it. Most of us know that the main stream media has been running cover for Obama for 5 years now. Very little "Vetting" or investigation at the beginning..very little pressure to do press conferences. Softball interviews on the View, and morning rock shows asking him about food and what kind of superhero he'd be. the list goes on...

Just in the past 2 days.... the tide has shifted. BIG TIME!! First the New York Times now has the Benghazi story on the FRONT page, top of the fold. CBS now has it's reporters chasing down the "Fast and Furious" story and even Eric Holder. Guess what;s happened? The press has decided that Obama is going to lose, and saving him is no longer of any value to them. The long knives are out and the questions are gonna get seriously tougher and the demands will be huge. He's gonna look more tired and more "grey" as the last 2 weeks go by. At the same time Mitt Romney is funny, and smiling and looking and acting "kool" and confident.

Look for the Sunday shows to be very tough on Obama and his talking head minions. I suspect Romney will be very well informed on the "TERROR" incident, and will not let it go on Monday night. Once the break begins, there is no turning back for the media, they want to win Pulitzers..and their not gonna let a good story escape, if there is no downside and Prez Obama is going down anyway. This will lead to a bigger win than many folks have expected maybe even 7-8 points...Watch all the Senate races fall the same direction over the next 2 weeks.

My 2 weeks prediction is: Romney 53 Obama 46 Gary Johnson 1% 320+ EV for Romney (Includes Wisconsin for Romney).

The Senate goes 54-46 GOP

Less than 5 seats switch either way in the House. The GOP adds 2 more Governors which I think makes 31-19

I think GOP wins the following Senate races: Wisconsin, Nebraska, North Dakota,, Massachusetts, Missouri, Virginia, Montana And then either Connecticut, Pennsylvania or Florida!

This year..... I have seen next to NO 0bama signs. I mean, NONE!!! I’ve never seen anything like it! There will even be yards and locations where the signs for the dem Senate and Congressional candidates will be, but a sign for 0bama will not be with them(that’s just too weird).

You've described my general neighborhood (CA-13, formerly CA-9) to a T. You'll see a BO bumper sticker here and there, but virtually no yard signs (though there are plenty of signs for local candidates and measures, and yes, I did see a couple of Gary Johnson signs). I saw a grand total of TWO BO yard signs and maybe as many window signs, but I haven't been by those neighborhoods recently.

If people in this deepest of deep blue areas have grown cold to BO, that doesn't bode well for him. I hear a steady rumble in the distance, growing louder.

Not to mention the Al Smith dinner the other day when Romney skewered The One without a hint of remorse. He went for the kill. It was so awesome. As thin skinned as O is, he had to have left there with some bruises! LOL!

At least Jimmy Carter built houses for poor people. I can’t see BO picking up as much as a hammer.

Slightly OT, but I just wanted to share that the Tommy v. Tammy (Baldwin, Communist, WI) yard signs in RURAL southern Wisconsin (south of ‘The People’s Republik of Madistan’) are running 5 to 1 for Tommy!! Just took the long way home tonight and it was WONDERFUL! HUGE signs for Tommy at the country crossroads. Rural people usually have much too much to do to plant political signs in their yards. There were NO McCain/Palin signs ANYWHERE out here last time around. None. That. Speaks. Volumes. :)

I think we’re going to win and win HUGE this time around.

Let’s not ef it up this time, shall we? Let’s show REAL leadership, inclusiveness (yes, I know - but Independents need love too, and they’ll be draggin’ us across the Finish Line...) and we need to SHOW THE WORLD THE GROWN-UPS ARE BACK IN CHARGE!

*Steps Off Soap Box* :)

I didn't see that, or is that the one where Romney cracked some funny jokes? Maybe it is on UTube.

“Personally, I think he’ll become the political equivalent of OJ Simpson after his acquittal.”

Great observation. Andh e WILL once ‘The Clintons’ are done with his sorry @ss, LOL! And that clueless POS deserves it. But then, I kinda feel sorry for him...it’s obvious by now that he truly was a Manchurian Candidate. Actually, he’s been handed everything his entire life!

What a lonely, hollow existence he’s going to be leading from here on out. Not sure there’s enough blow in the world to numb him...

Icarus comes to mind, for some reason. ;)

Thanks, Diana. The Tommy signs around here outnumber the Tammy signs about 25-1. I’m sure that it is different down on the East side, but I never go there. And Romney signs outnumber Obama signs about 30-1.

Lots of Romney signs, too! Forgot to mention that. I have not seen a SINGLE 0bama sign ANYWHERE - and I travel Madistan a LOT, but enough Tammy signs that you’d notice; I guess they think she’s their ace in the hole, LOL!

The LibTards I work with are extremely SILENT about 0bama; they pretty much have been since they came down off their Coronation High, LOL! Couldn’t shut them up for love nor money for EIGHT FLIPPIN’ YEARS while George Bush was President. *Rolleyes*

Something is afoot and it’s in our favor.

I’m going to be like a kid who still BELIEVES on Christmas Eve come Election Night!

OK, found it. Those were funny jokes and he delivered them as well as Reagan would, in fact he sounded like Reagan. Wow what zingers. Was that Katie Couric sitting behind him laughing?

Every Obama sign that I see is on a house that boasted a Recall Walker sign 6 months ago, although there are not so many of them. But they are all on the homes of the usual suspects.

I think the tide turned with Clint Eastwood. It was the Emperor’s new clothes moment. Suddenly millions of people were laughing......it was no longer racist to point out the empty suit. And more and more people started noticing. Thanks Clint!!

Thanks for the link.
I’d only heard the audio on radio previously.
It was a wonderful speech.
Nearly flawless delivery.

I drove from near Madison to Milwaukee today, and there were many Romney-Ryan signs up everywhere from the Interstate to yards. Very few paltry small Obummer signs.

Romney wins by 10 points and Pubs take both houses. My wish, anyway.
Your lips to God’s ears.
Obama and Holder go to prison. (fingers crossed)
Holder, yes. But you actually can’t take vengeance on a POTUS, because you don’t ever want to see a sitting POTUS fear to abdicate when his term expires. And attempt a coup instead.
If you can’t impeach, you can’t imprison. I think we should consider a constitutional amendment making governors, rather than senators, the jury in any presidential impeachment. That is more a jury of peers than the legislators in the Senate is.

Actually, I would be more comfortable with the governors functioning in a quasi-judicial sense. In that their function should be to judge whether the offenses alleged, if proven, constitute unacceptable behavior in a chief executive. And maybe the Senate would then still have to convict, but only by a simple majority.

Far better, of course, to never even nominate, much less elect, an Alynskiite. My suggestion to forward that hope is to weaken the propaganda power of journalism. My proposal would be to require the FCC licensees to broadcast at least one presidential debate a week, starting in August. And that the candidates be permitted, even encouraged, to make Power Point presentations (i.e., be allowed not only to take notes but to use laptop computers). And that the candidates would split the time equally, enforced by a chess timer switching the microphone from the candidate who stops speaking to conserve his time for later. I would have the candidates post their statistics on a web site so that they can be vetted fully.

Faced with having to run that gauntlet, I would hope that the Democratic party would despair of being able to elect demagogues, and would resort to nominating actual patriots.

I love the ones along the interstate. Big and Bold. I was surprised at the amount of Obama signs I saw in Greendale WI. They seemed out of place.

Yes, the big and bold nature of those signs was inspiring.

I am hopeful that Wisconsin will shock the world (or at least the democrat party) on election night.

I can hardly wait!

I saw a perfect indication of the change today on Fox NFL pre-game show when BOTH Obama and Romney spoke. Previously, ALL of the sports political cameo appearances featured ONLY the Bamster!
