Nope - Last time SF went to the WS was in 2010 when they beat the TX Rangers in 5 games and won the World Series.
BTW, it was 49 degrees at game time and 43 at games end.
I’ve spent colder games at AT&T and far colder (and windier, foggier, damp games at Candlestick in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s) so temps weren’t a factor.
I’d say average for a night game in late October/early November for most parks in the US. Pretty much normal anywhere in the lower 48, except Florida and SoCal.
