I caught (for the most part) the F1 Debrief tonight on SPEED. I changed channel during a commercial break and came back a little too late to catch it all, but Bob Varsha was saying that they (Bob, David, and Steve) won’t be in Austin for the US GP, but they will be in the studio. He mentioned NBC and the word “contract”, so I guess that’s where the F1 races will be seen next year.

Sheeesh! Rebroadcast of Practice is - AGAIN - relegated to the early hours on SPEED, with most of today being given over to NASCAR stuff. And the practice rebroadcast is followed immediately by Q!!

The race is being broadcast live at 5AM Eastern time on SPEED. I'll have to set the DVR - I don't get up that early unless the house is on fire.

Yep - heard that too. They also said no word yet on whether NBC will hire them on or not.
