I would crawl thru a field of broken glass to vote against 0bama. I’ve already instructed my wife that if I am on my deathbed I’m to be taken to the polls by any means to vote, even if it kills me!
Yes. the phrase, “never let a good crisis go to waste” comes to mind.
Hard to say, if the power drops and out as predicted, the voting places will have no juice.
It randomizes a bunch of states that are considered locks for Obama. For example, if New York City gets slammed and upstate New York just gets heavy rain, New York flips to Romney.

Admittedly, swing states like Virginia and Ohio get affected too. But people with pickups and SUVs can still get to the polls. Guess what party affiliation dominates that group?
Think crawling over broken glass, barefoot, uphill in a hurricane to vote!
As long as Obama wins...power outages or inability to vote won’t matter. Republican will accept the outcome as they always do.
BUT, should Obama lose...I think the combination of an Obama loss and ANY reason to question the validity of the outcome (Sandy preventing ability to vote) will be used to cause complete chaos and civil unrest.
I was expecting gummint check disbursment today in advance of
landfall.... but maybe thousands of $2000 FEMA cards are being loaded.
Makes me think of the white hurricane of March 1888. Look it up.
Makes me think of the “snow bomb” nor’easter that stalled out over southeastern North Carolina for several days in 2000. I’m up near the VA border north of Greensboro and “only” got a foot. Large areas of the state got two feet, some areas on the coast got well over two feet, roofs were collapsing, next to no snow removal equipment because it’s so seldom needed. National Guard time.
Exactly! Conservatives are tough and hardy-they’ll GET to those polling places!!!:)
