I would probably suggest something light until later in the evening. I’m guessing unless it’s just OVERWHELMING win for Romney most networks ABC,CBS,NBC and CNN won’t call it for Romney until very early the next morning. In honor of Moochelle I will start off with Jack Link’s beef jerky (Snacking with Sasquatch)....LOL!

I think I’m going to try this, but I’ll probably layer the bacon not crumble it. I really love bacon. : )

roasted red pepper soup with white cheddar
rib eye steak
spinach souffle
fried potatoes with onion
salad (I will eat last if there is any room)

all the coke I want to drink, cold, no ice

some kind of snack for the late, late hours. Probably something salty.

Pizza probably, making sure it’s got sausage and bacon. And some Shiner Bock likely.

Get rid of the clear stuff and get a good bourbon, some miniature sausages with BBQ sauce, Cheese, crackers, and a little W(h)ine for obama when he loses.

I was going with some Zin but Champagne sounds better with chips, veggies & dip. Nothing heavy so I can jump around when Romney/Ryan wins. Got some bacon 2 @ $9.00 (on sale) in the memory (bad) of Bozo & Psycho Biden (he really needs a mental health evaluation).

Deep fried mountain oysters with lots of hot sauce. Or pickled pig’s feet well chilled with lots of hot sauce. I’ll even let you have my share.

You can never go wrong with Cheetos. Just kidding. We are doing Costco pizza and wine.

IRISH NACHOS

Ah yes. The traditional dish of the Emerald Isle dating back to even before the time of St. Patrick.

Pizza — every election night, primary and general. It’s a family tradition.

I might be late for work the next day depending on the extent of my carb overload!
