So if millions of people lose power and are without power for days or weeks and there is major flooding with lots of property losses not just personal but also business loses, would you prefer or are you suggesting that the media should just ignore that story?
Remember and like it or not all news is local. If (even if I prepped) Im sitting in the dark for days or weeks, supplies start running low, stores are closed or sold out and I cant get to work for days because of closed roads, reports of looting, for me personally Benghazi isnt going to be first and foremost in my mind my and my familys safety and survival is going to first and forefront. Thats just reality. When I turn on my emergency AM radio, Im going to want local news as in when is my power going to be restored, what roads are open or closed, where can I go for dry ice, etc.
