Maybe I’ve misunderstood, but I think it’s the effects of the hurricane, whether it’s offshore or not that people are worried about. The wet heavy snow that downs trees and power lines etc.
I could be wrong as I’ve never lived through one, but that’s what I’m understanding.
I think you’re right. Supposedly, the effects will be from massive water, not wind.
