Judging by Rasmussen, the momentum has flattened and nothing is moving in 5 point gains over a few days as before. 2 points nationally is margin of error for both candidates. The battleground states are tied essentially, and polling is down for the storm and funky this close to Tuesday.
Mitt wins, if corruption and fraud plans don’t pull even. He has to win by enough to overcome the mafia count too.
So sorry. FR is hanging and freezing and dropping again, until I can’t stand it and hit ping to move it at all.
Right but technically momentum, be it politics or sports, stops when the opponent finally scores after a long dry spell. I agree Mitt is peaking NATIONALLY but he’s maintaining that peak while Obama has failed to gain any ground since Debate #1.
More importantly though, Obama continues to lose ground in previously “solid” states (MN for example) and Romney is gaining in the toss ups like OH. Also the fact PA is now in play is further evidence Mittmentum has not subsided.
So again, I don’t know what Sabato sees that is so different from what we all see including Michael Barone.
