Lower Middlesex county, CT. No power at home but I’m at work. I bought a 6000W generator when I built my house twelve years ago. My wife and two sons are home enjoying limited power.

Connecticut, at least in my area, was spared the devastation that a good portion of the rest of lower new England and the mid Atlantic got.

Prayers up for them

Thanks for the concern BuckeyeTexan.

SE Conn here, power went off during the storm but I am thankful it came back on that same night. My town is 100% restored as of last night, one of the few in the state not reliant on CL&P or United Illuminating.

No where near the devastation of Long Island (which seems to be ignored), lower NYC, or the NJ coast.

Saw nutmeg check in on the live thread—out of state in Florida I think.
