Now that Obama has claimed control over managing the aftermath, power outage, gas lines, no food, and the chaos of any storm belongs to him. Any negative story now reflects back on Obama.

It read “SUCKS” below “ROMNEY” until it was obscured. To me it appears that this was added afterwards, and then after that “redacted”, whether by the original inscriber or someone else it’s hard to say. I guess it’s not possible to know everything.
