Thank you for the ping.

I got my sweet potatoes dug, my guess is around 200 lbs. I still have lots of clean up left in the garden before the ground freezes solid.

I ran across this story and wondered if you had seen it. I do not know if this is any where near you as cats hunt. The drought may have forced some animals to seek new territory to hunt.

Ellington is about an hour or so away. Thanks for the link. I had not heard that we had an occasional Mountain Lion.

I see a fox come through my backyard now and again, and my daughter hit a deer driving to work. I also read a while back that we have some bears now too.
