Check out this article on Sen. Vitter already firing a shot across the USS Romney about appointing a moderate to head the EPA.

Romney has the opportunity to be greater than Reagan in taming the Federal Government. If he doesn't, you are absolutely correct, he will fail. He will fail and destroy the Republican Party. This is the GOP's last chance. They'll have all three political branches and they better take action, take action fast and do big things to reduce the size and scope of the Federal Government. "Reform" ain't gonna cut it. They've been "reforming" big government for decades and it never sticks. You can only cut government authority, not beg them to behave themselves. The Democrats are already lawless, you can't keep them in the bureaucracy and say: "Now boys, play by the rules." They have one rule: Power. The only solution is to take away the power by abolishing their departments.

I've seen Romney's stump speech several times and he talks about "worker re-training"? WTF? He talks about putting the choice in education to parents. Ah, let's abolish the Department of Education, cut the spending, cut taxes and let parents fight at the state and local levels. It's NOT a federal issue.

We could be looking at the most massive vote fraud this country has ever seen.

Can Democrat-leaning Voting Machines Win Election for Obama?

Absolutely. Nibbling around the edges won't do anything to correct the suicidal course the nation is on now. The federal government needs major surgery to amputate the alien growths that have ballooned like cancers on us all.

At this point, I don't have the confidence or certainty that Romney will aggressively move to shut down some of the extra-constitutional agencies that need abolishing, but I've got my fingers crossed. This may be our very last chance to get it done.

I wouldn’t figure it would matter to those who come to power that way, or their supporters. It should matter to everyone else. The question is what can/should be done when vote fraud is egregious and obvious? If we are going to have elections, then let them be legal and fair. Otherwise, I say to hell with it. Just let the oligarchy choose whoever it wants and spare us the lies and foolishness of elections.

But — when you consider all the things the goverment presumes to do for us and, for the purpose of this discussion — TO us — help itself to what we labor for, shove us around, send our young people off to be blown up in Third World hellholes — and an American election still is a reflection of the will of the people, then any real free American needs to stand up, say enough, and be prepared to fight — through means of legal challenges or otherwise.

I also don’t have confidence that Romney gets it. But Romney has something that Bush did not. He gets mad and he gets even. Bush allowed himself (and his voters) to get run over. Romney allows that one time, and he looks to fix it. So, that’s my hope.

It's unfortunate that, to a large degree, the fate of the nation is riding upon the shoulders of just one man, but it is.

Mitt Romney has been invested with a tremendous amount of good will and trust by a people who know that the choice we now make, will determine the immediate, and possibly long term course of the country.

He simply must not fail in the enormous task ahead.

His potential for success will hinge upon his ability (or lack thereof) to courageously face the evils that are destroying America, and to fight back. That is something that most Republican presidents have been loathe to do, but we've devolved beyond the point where the aims of the left are even in question.

After four years of Barack Obama, there can be no doubt about what the left's intentions are. They're a traitorous cancer upon the nation, and must be defeated at every level, and every turn. To do less, is to squander an historic opportunity to restore America, and will relegate our nation to complete failure.

I couldn't find it, but I just saw a report that the EPA is throwing all their people into finishing regulations to attack coal to be ready for November 30th. They're assuming Obama loses.

This is exactly what Romney is going to have to fight.

Yep, I saw the same report.

I'm sure that Obama's minions in federal agencies are busy as bees, readying hundreds of new regulations that will bring even more economic catastrophe to the country. Win or lose, it was always their plan to implement the most heinous of Zero's plans after the election.

President Romney is going to be working long days for some time to come, undoing all of it.
