The trend is your friend. It looks like Romney is trending up in the final days, Ras is on a three day average so Romney must have gotten a good day of polling yesterday. (remember even the internal polls had Carter and Reagan tied the Saturday night before the election)

Is this the last Ras poll before the election or will he release one tommorow?

Should be in Breaking News. Previous threads were killed by the Admins for some reason.

You spelled Obama wrong

That was embarrassing is there any way I can correct the headline by notifying an Admin? Also, I don't believe the polls, but I believe this is significant, Rasmussen is reflecting reality again. Although I think R&R will win bigger than a one point margin.

I think Obma's how he spells his name on his birth planet.

Every poll is NOT breaking news.

However, Rasmussen is an important, reliable poll.

Imagine that, Rasmussen shows them tied to freak people out, only to have a last minute bump for Romney.

Seriously, it’s so transparently sensationalist that it’s not even funny.

Will be interesting to see which polling firm wins bragging rights after this election. Gallup has consistently had Romney leading by a healthy margin. They seem to have stuck their neck out while Rasmussen has been very cautious. If the early results give NH, Virginia, NC and Florida to Romney, then I think a significant win is in order. If NH goes to Obama, then I think it will be much tighter. A loss in Virginia, NC or Florida would spell disaster.

Well...I don’t think Obama deserves to have his named spelled correctly anyway.....OBOZO or OZERO is more appropriate. I hope Rassmussen is legit, but the polls never seem to be right....

Romney back up to a 15 point lead with Indies!!!!

Huge.

Jives with CNN poll (+22 w Indies) and every other poll out this weekend, national and state.

The Indies are breaking hard for Gov Romney down the stretch.

One more day.

I don’t think Obozo has a chance in Florida and he knows it.

NC is also lost for him. Virginia probably too. NH, His Excellency is going there today so he must feel he needs it badly.

I am sticking to my 275 EV total for Romney. If out of nowhere should he grab Pa, Zero may as well set up some more T times.

I heard Ras on our local talk show this morning. He said to watch Virginia tomorrow as it will give an indication as to where this is going. He was pretty sure that Mitt would take FL. but wouldn’t go out on a limb for OH. He did say that he thought that Warren would beat Brown.

Obama’s good day/Romney’s bad day rolled off. Although “Carville” and “Rove” are not popular words on FR, the Carville rule suggests that the incumbent will not get more than the last poll. Rove suggests incumbent will get about 1 point more than the last poll. Momentum seems to be back with Romney in the final 48 hours, so it is increasingly looking like Obama will peak on election day at about 48%.
