Actually; it's not. In Red Hampshire; you can only wear a mask IF the hospital APPROVES the employee's exemption...they RARELY approve religious exemptions, as the people in HR are quite capable of judging the status of an employees relationship with Jesus Christ.

That is interesting...is that a state mandated thing in New Hampshire?

I am in People’s Republic of Massachusetts (oddly enough in comparison) and my hospital gives the choice to all employees regardless of their basis for not wanting the inoculation. If they simply think it is hocus pocus voodoo as some posters clearly do, then that is a valid reason for refusing the inoculation.

Our badges must be worn at all times, and on the badges is a clearly identifiable marking that signifies whether you should be wearing a mask or not.

People pay attention to it, and not wearing the mask when you should be is a fireable offense.
