These people are not talking about quitting. “Atlas Shrugged” is about a recognition that your taxes and talents are being used against you, and by people who cannot even really feed themselves without your help.
There is no mystical hideout in Colorado to go to, so I expect most Galters to be around fighting. They just know what their greatest weapon is.
