I just did quick price check. That’s also about $150,000 worth of firewood. We know he didn’t do it himself because the man hours would be off the charts.

Around here it is about $150 per cord (hardwood). Depends where in the country I guess you are. I'm sure the firewood would command a much higher price in urban areas.
I am recovering from an injury and surgery right now, but normally I cut my own. It usually takes me a weekend to drop, cut, haul, split and stack a cord (all manual). That would be a lot of work. Then again I need a wife like his to do all of those things. ;-)
