Of course he will testify. But Obama will delay it as long as possible and Petraeus will go along because Obama has him by the shorts.

Has anyone mentioned a theory that obama didn’t KNOW that Patraeus was going to make the affair public when he announced his resignation? Patraeus may have told obama that he would vaguely claim it was for “personal reasons,” then when Patraeus made the actual announcement, he went public with his affair to take the blackmail threat away from obama.
