As has been noted Idaho has the most independence for Home-school families of any state in the Union. No testing or curriculum requirements (other than the subjects you have to cover for graduation purposes). There also also a good number of organization to help home schooling families. As for the comment that you won't fit in unless your Mormon I respectfully disagree. I'm a Bible believing Christian get along just fine, don't even get people knocking on my door too often. Most folks around here are fine people so not a lot of problems getting along. I really do think of Idaho as the promised land.
It will be required that you pledge your allegiance to the Boise State and eat a baked potato to gain admittance to Bronco Nation. Just kidding of course.
