I’ve read a number of articles claiming that Nixon was already trying to cram the genie back into the bottle even before his second term began, so I couldn’t resist the comparison. I’m enough of a voyeur to enjoy sordid sex scandals, but I wish the only casualties of Bengazigate were careers and personal relationships.
