The picture of what happened to the children becomes more clear as KRMG finds out more details.
Tulsa Police were called to a home in the 4900 block of N. Frankfort Pl. late Sunday evening.
The neighbor called 911 to say the 4-year-old boy from next door was outside screaming because temperatures were in the 40's and he was locked outside in the nude. KRMG spoke with one of the neighbors. She says, "All she heard was this little boy screaming for his dad saysin 'I'm cold, I'm scared, let me in'"
When Police pulled up, Ofc. Leland Ashley says officers could hear the screams from another child inside. Ashley says, "As they approached the house they could hear screaming and crying coming from inside."

I truly hate hearing things like this because I feel so damn helpless.... Prayers for those poor little children.
I wouldn't be surprised - at all - if these people started demanding these kids get euthanized. They do it to their equivalents - the animals - so why not put these "useless eaters" out of their misery as well?

Was actually several children found. The first was a 4 year old boy. Then the girl in a dog cage followed by several other children. I guess they used that as title because she was the one more deplorable when found.

Sounds like legal medications and alcohol are at least as likely factors as meth. "Possession of a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine" - I've in the past possessed the meth precursor pseudoephedrine (Sudafed Classic) - and probably still possess the meth precursor match-heads.
'Police say Lewallen told them he took narcotic pain medicine, a muscle relaxant and an anti-seizure medication with a beer then "laid down to take a rest." There was an open beer next to the bed, officers said.
'According to Tulsa County court records, Lewallen has been convicted in the past of joyriding and possession of a precursor to manufacture a controlled drug - methamphetamine.'
