We had a case around here where a teenager broke in and robbed and beat his own Grandparents. What was this kid really up to? The family doesn't seem interested in justice, just cash.
After watching the video I can see why they shot him.

The video starts with them inside a house where they believed the suspect to be. Behind a door they hear screaming, then the screamer starts chanting something repeatedly.
The police kick open the door, it is a bathroom. There is a large, shirtless man in there and they are yelling at him to not resist, shortly after Tasering him. He goes down, and they yell for him to put his hands behind his back, he puts a hand behind his back, but then tries to get up.
So more zaps with the Taser. But it is not stopping him and he charges the police. Video is somewhat unclear at that point, though widely spaced gunshots are heard.

When he overcame the taser and charged, he knocked one cop into a bedroom where they fought,, and the nut got that cop in a chokehold. The other cop shot him as he was in the process of choking the other cop out.
