Throwbacks can be fun, but not this time. Too ugly.

Since you clearly didn't actually watch the game, let me give you the executive summary: The ratbirds' offense scored two field goals, one starting from the mid-twenties after a fumble, the other from a pick. Yes, that's right: six points.
Leftwich may have sucked, but he personally outscored YOUR ENTIRE OFFENSE.

There’s been some nasty throwbacks but those are really bad. Since they lost tonight, it’s a good bet they will mercifully be tossed back into the dustbin of history.
I am not a football fan, but when I saw them on tv I noticed them right away and thought they looked like teens trick or treating in tiger suits.

Funny, "throw-up" unis sprang to mind, cause that's what I was tempted to do when I saw them. Worse than the mustard yellow and poop brown that the Jets used a couple years ago during the AFL 50th anniversary.

I just watched the Dust Bowl documentary and I’m just going to have to disagree. 1934 was a really horrible, dreadful, miserable year in just about every possible way you could measure it. Except for those smashing Pittsburgh uniforms...
