If a law is required to become a citizen then they are naturalized citizens.

If no law is required, born on US soil of two US citizens, then they are natural born citizens.

If there is no question of citizenship then they are natural born. If there is a question such as one or both parents are non US citizens, or the child was not born on US soil, then citizenship status requires a law to determine.

You don't have to convince me. I'm just trying to see how these guys explain that the 14th amendment miraculously transformed non-citizens into "natural born citizens" retroactively. (Oh, and somehow not doing so with Indians.)

They keep saying the only requirement is being born here, and I just want to see how they try to square their theory with the facts that actually contradict it.
