This means, on a rough statistical basis, that we have a solid 20% of the country out there dumber than a bag of hammers. I suspect its actually a larger number, but this shows the sheer depth of the stupidity (or anti-white racism) of a significant slice of the electorate. We're so screwed.

When the OJ trial took place, the media wasn’t nearly as bad as it is today. At least back then they reported some of the facts and people could decide.
If that murder were to happen today, the MSM would either down play the story, cover up the facts or play up the racial angle and that OJ is the true victim.
Not so fast.
The prosecutors were too busy posing for pictures and playing grab ass with one another to present anything resembling a solid case. They were awful.
That doesn’t mean i think he was innocent only that the DA office put out a pair of incompetents.
Very likely part of that 20% doesn`t deny Simpson did the killing, but was “justified” because of perceived racial wrongs, and this was “payback” to whites.
I’m not sure the answer to this poll question is quite the slam dunk you think it is.

That said, public opinion polls at the time he was acquitted show overwhelmingly that blacks supported OJ’s innocence and whites believed in his guilt. At that time, evidence regarding Jason’s guilt was not widely known (to my knowledge). Indeed OJ himself implied it was strangers who had done the deed and that he was going to track them down.
I believe it was this same kind of “evidence-be-damned” mentality among blacks that we saw repeated in the 2008 and 2012 elections. Obama’s been a disaster as POTUS: critical thinkers saw this coming in 2008 (based on his lack of experience and absurd track record in Illinois Senate), but after the last 4 years, the evidence of this proposition is pretty overwhelming. Way too many pulled the lever for Obama because he was part of their “tribe” (racial or ideological), not because of any demonstrated competence.
A huge number of voters today are YOUNG voters between the ages of 18 to 24. Most voted Obama.
I doubt if most of them even remember or were aware of the OJ Simpson trial growing up.

The question wasn’t just asked randomly but rather in conjunction with an article.
I believe Nicole killed OJ, overpowering him in hand to hand combat. As a highly skilled amateur plastic surgeon, she then altered his body to look like hers, and her body to look like his. And she has been masquerading as OJ ever since.
The perfect crime!

Regardless, OJ eventually ended up in prison. Likewise, the crimes of the left will eventually catch up with them. We reap what we sow.
If you want understanding just sit, take note of random people and make a serious effort to extrapolate their day-to-day lives and attitudes from what little you’re able to observe.
But don’t do it if you’re easily frightened or depressed.
Opinion is a belief; it is normally subjective, meaning that it can vary based on a person's perspective or mindset created by the left wing media, emotions, or individual understanding of something.
Fact is something that has actually happened or that is empirically true and can be supported by evidence.

If you followed the trial at all, the detectives were caught having manufactured at least some of the evidence. Had I been on the jury, I would have had no option but to let a probable murderer walk. There is still a nagging doubt that his son, with the same genetic markers, did the killing.

Leftists have always had about 20% of the US voters. They somehow hijacked the bus.

His son was supposed to meet the victims that night; his son has “rage” issues when he misses his meds.
I lived in LA at the time of all this. I had black customers form S. Central, Inglewood, etc. who told me the talk on the streets was that OJ’s son did the deed, and OJ knew it so took on the trial knowing it could not be proven that OJ did it, but that the LAPD and DA’s office would not search further than OJ to get their man. The part about the sports car is my joke that I usually put on the end of the “opinions I truly heard “ story.
