No one should be giving any “private part” indoctrination to any 2 yo other than the parent.
The parent should also be indoctrinating the 2 yo to inform them if any on talks about and or goes near their “stuff” as this could cause the 2yo to become complacent towards the instructor that may be a perv themselves.
It may be that the awareness program is with the parent and child together. Makes more sense that way.
I just question the reasoning ability of a 2 year old when it comes to a matter like this. She’s not even out of the diaper yet.
