Vegan. Never met one that didn’t have serious medical issues they didn’t dismiss as having nothing to do with being idiots. They are usually in very poor health. While it's hard to be healthy as a vegan, it can be done as a vegetarian who also eats egg and milk products. A friend of one of my kids is that kind of vegetarian, and she's a healthy athlete.
