Do I have a tantivy reply?
Conservatives should have a catchy tantivy to cancel out the left’s mantras.

go back to your seat and try again... ; )
Washington rides tantivy towards the fiscal cliff.

Yale and Harvard have way too much constantivy.

I’m never surprised by how stupid some Hollywood clown acts. What totally bums me out is all the sickos applauding and yelping over the weirdness.

'...there's glory for you', remarked Humpty Dumpty.
'I don't know what you mean by "glory,"' Alice said.
Humpty Dumpty smiled contemptuously. 'Of course you don't--till I tell you. I meant "there's a nice knock-down argument for you!"'
'But "glory" doesn't mean "a nice knock-down argument,"' Alice objected.
'When *I* use a word,' Humpty Dumpty said in rather a scornful tone, 'it means just what I choose it to mean--neither more nor less.'
'The question is,' said Alice, 'whether you CAN make words mean so many different things.'
'The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, 'which is to be master--that's all.'

;^)
well Obama is definitely Master and we have been through the lookingglass for some time. i am still not over the election. may never be.
i have never been this depressed over an election ever.
tantivy
While allowing for tantivy to mean doing something quick I’d guess it’s related to the question, “Is that ivy?” and the answer, “No, thets kudzu, taint ivy.”
So tantivy is just taintivy with one of its eyes put out.
Right there with ya, XS
You might get taint ivy if you run out of toilet paper while camping.
Definition 3 is an interjection. So, yes, the cry is “tantivy!”
