I was quite surprised to see MIT on the list.

This is supposed to be one of the top Science and Engineering schools in the world. What the heck is happening with these high IQ people on campus?

There are so few college and university faculty that are not in lockstep with the progressive (Marxist) left, that students have few options even at high quality technical schools.

A change may come if brilliant technical instructors move to foreign institutions that don't allow the humanities and liberal arts claptrap.

American leftist universities can replace 'em with education majors, and NASA can make vast advances in Muslim outreach.

Possibly NASA may take us as far as Muslim Heaven.

MIT is in a lousy area in Cambridge. Between Central Square and East Cambridge, and right off Mass. Ave. Harvard doesn’t have too many problems because it’s campus cops are real deputized law enforcement, some of whom are plainclothes and hard to spot. Not the glorified mall cops you see on most campuses.

Just browsing the list, I see many dangerous campuses with a high population of MUYs in the neighborhood. In the case of MIT, it may be the type of soft targets where predators look for their prey.
