I did not read the article but if what you just said is accurate, these cops and their entire family and relations need to be taken out of the gene pool immediately.
Trying to taser a Newfoundland is about the most ultimately stupid thing I have ever heard of.
Newfoundlands have a coat and under coat that is about 4 or 5 inches thick and as dense as baled cotton. Fire or execute these idiots for gross stupidity if nothing else.
I call that cruelty, not cluelessness.
