Viagra was originally created to open blood vessels in people with circulation problems. Racing teams have been doping horses with the stuff.

While I love a post with this much humor potential, you are spot on.

Viagra doesn't know where the penis is located. All bood vessels are opened up and that should greatly improve stamina. If you don't have a source of arousal, you won't necessarily have an erection.

Viagra and the like aren't like light switches, they are more like driving a BMW rather than a beat up Dodge.

I wonder if I could get funds for a study. Hmmm.....

Is that true? My understanding was that Viagra and similar drugs disabled the enzyme system involved with nitric oxide dilation of blood vessels, and that the nitric oxide system was disproportionately represented in the blood vessels of the penis, rather than uniformly distributed all over the body.
