And Obama’s lies don’t bother or offend you? I do know that Mitt’s dad was very active in civil rights - so maybe he was referring to his dad marching with MLK. I don’t know, because this statement is new to me. I did some research on his dad and he indeed was active in civil rights and marching. Are you sure you have your stories straight?
I happen to think that Newt is also as dishonest as the rest of them. I just happen to think that most if not all politicians are somewhat dishonest.
Mitt wouldn’t embrace the tea party or conservatives, and maybe that rather than voter fraud is what defeated him. So, in any case - we’re stuck with a bigger liar in the WH than what you purport Mitt to be.
You and I both know that the election is over as does the rest of the world, so you can drop the romneybot routine now.
The challenge for conservatives now, is to end Romney’s disastrously negative influence on the GOP, and his war against conservatism and the tea party.

Romney was actually the best candidate on the the right. As another poster said he was too decent for the times.
One good debate did not a campaign make.
He essentially backed down most other places...except for his campaign ads..which is what he did in the primaries...using his ads to attack his competitors.

If you only even looked at say, a would-be Muslim POTUS candidate, and noticed how Islam claims that Christians are "infidels"...that would hardly be "inspiring" to Christians to vote for him...never mind all of the other Muslim baggage.
And if a would-be Muslim candidate had given $millions to Islamic Web sites and publishing houses to openly slander the worldwide Christian church...do you somehow think that would be a "feather" in their hat??? Really?

Romney’s father never marched with MLK, yet Mitt told people that for decades, including while he was running for president, Mitt has also claimed that he himself marched with MLK.
Romney’s entire life is a constant barrage of lies, he is driven to lie, he is compulsive about it, for one thing, he was trained in it.
Mitt Romney has a national reputation for lying and being deceitful, he always has, his 20 year political career of campaigning for office has amazed people with his willingness to say what ever fits the moment, or the campaign.

Dennis Prager said today that one leader from the City of San Bernardino, CA has advocated that every citizen in that city consider arming themselves because it appears they as a city can no longer afford a police force. They are basically broke.
Romney lost because he ran a poor campaign and was a poor candidate.
His comments about the 47% were simply stupid and inaccruate. CONSERVATIVES admit the economy is in the tank, job opportunities are compromised, businesses are not hiring and this jerk comes out and actually states he doesn’t want the votes of people who are forced into unemployment, food stamps and even welfare as result of the Obama generated recession? Besides, the Mormon church authorities have taught Mitt well...they spy on their own members via a nebulous sounding "Strengthening the Members Committee"...do you own google search on that for more info.

Just in 2011 alone, the Lds church had to replace two illegals they had made into bishops...Mitt certainly wasn't going to be more conservative on this than his own church, which was already to his right on some issues!!!!
Romney would have been a great president.
All this hand-wringing in regards to various and sundry reasons that we lost is a waste of time. Dealing with the opponents that we had to just meant that they would stop at nothing to cheat, steal and lie to get the win. Reports of Black voters in rural Maine counties, “not dozens of them but hundreds of them” who do not live there and never did, should tell one exactly what happened. Whenever we tolerate lawlessness, tumult and chaos we deserve the government that we get. (P.S. it’s not like it’s never happened before- see the 1960 election).
Add Romneycare, which adds to the abortion numbers.
Also, it is hard to run against Obamacare, when you started Romneycare.
