If the economy is truly so fragile that it can not withstand the withdrawal of the trillions of made-up money the gov’t is supposedly injecting into it without collapsing, isn’t it better that we return to a sustainable level quickly. Rip the band aid off?

74 here now-it seems there is a jet stream thingee draped over the middle of everything, keeping the coldest air up in and near Canada, and most of the rest of us are balmy for awhile. I’m going to enjoy it while it lasts...
I don’t read those threads once I see the badmouthing, no matter what denomination the subject is. That kind of bashing by fellow Christians isn’t what I was taught was a Christian attitude at all, and I do not see the point of frothing at the mouth and yelling “Satan” like some 16th century Spanish inquisitor every time someone’s beliefs in God don’t match one’s own in every tiny detail.
Aha! My compadre just called and said he’s just on the way here, bringing a carpenter of our acquaintance who is willing to trade out the heavy curb appeal work on my property that women are not built to do. Thank God-I need that stuff done to get the best price for this place. I’m eager to get a place further into the woods here in the neighborhood-it only takes money...

Very nice day out. Sky is blue, sun is shining and it’s a fine day for a walk in short sleeves......which I just did. Teacher spared the 5th grader homework, so he is out enjoying it.
