If anyone thinks this is a solution to the problem, they need to have there head examined. It’s just a way to make certain people feel better, because real solutions to the problems would be unpopular. And it’s allowing the government powers that they will misuse very soon. I know there are conservatives who are deluded into thinking this is a good idea, but they are going to nasty surprise. If you want to steal leftwing ideas, stop calling yourself a conservative.
It is a crime to wilfully fail and refuse to provide support for one's children. Most people don't see that rule as being contrary to conservative principles.
This fellow has been found guilty of that crime. He could be sentenced to prison. The judge has told him in substance that if he promises to quit impregnating women, the judge will not sentence him to prison for the crime he committed. The fellow here has to make a choice. He can choose prison or choose to promise to stop impregnating women during the term of his probation.
You are right about more effective solutions, but forced sterilization is probably not constitutional.
The bipartisan, libertine, political/regulator class doesn’t want to return to what worked the best for thousands of years. They would rather go from one pagan/secular experiment to another. In spite of what they are being shown, they continue in their vanities and display increasingly more hatred against the relatively innocent. So we each try to survive what is happening and what is probably to come.
