Your description is exactly what came to my mind when I saw the dress. Compared to all the other garish clothes normally seen in celebrity red carpet photos I liked this dress.
It doesn’t get consideration, for a nice dress, unless Laz would like/wear it!
My stepdaughter didn’t like it. Oh well. (Please don’t tell my friends I was discussing dresses on line. They’ll tear up my man card). -)
