Why is it that an intense spotlight is being beamed at professional football for concussions, etc. while no one cares if brains are being bashed into mush in professional boxing?

The greatest “little guy” fighter was Roberto Duran. In his late 30s he was still winning belts. In his heyday as a Lightweight, he was the greatest ever.
