BEAVER FALLS (KDKA/AP) – Police are searching for two 14-year-old boys, and reported a 13-year-old who are charged as adults with fatally shooting a Beaver Falls woman.
Beaver Falls police have charged Todavia Cleckley and Marcus Velasquez with criminal homicide and other charges in Saturday’s shooting of 22-year-old Kayla Peterson. She was shot at a house about 3:30 p.m. that day and died at Allegheny General Hospital two hours later.
Cleckley’s Facebook page shows a young man posing with a revolver in one hand and a pistol in the other. The photo was posted less than 12 hours after Peterson’s shooting.

Pistols are single shot handguns (think a pirate flintlock) and automatics. Oddly, a revolver is not a pistol.
"'My friend came in and got cigarettes, and three young kids followed him. They kept following him and asking him for a cigarette,' said Brock Edwards, who was working at the convenience store."
" Bailey said the teens followed him, harassing him while he walked the two blocks home to 13th Street. When he got there, Bailey said the 22-year-old Peterson came outside and told the boys to get a job."
"'The next thing you know, they just pull out a gun and shoot for no reason. It was just over a cigarette,' Edwards said. 'Now, my friend lost his girlfriend -- an amazing, amazing girl, and she was such a good mother, too -- and now her child has to grow up without her mother being there.'"

Yup. When they’re Holder’s Peeps they can do no wrong, especially if they are “just yoots.” You see, it was a hate crime that that cracker ho dissed those two yoots, and lowered their self-esteem. They really wanted that cigarette for a science project at the charter school where they were standout scholars.

Some people use the term pistol to describe any hand gun that is not a revolver, a semi-auto for instance would be called a pistol. I recall buying guns in CA back in the 1960s and the clerk asking if I was buying a revolver or a pistol, the forms had to be filled out that way.
