I saw lots of 'borsettas' in Italy and also in Germany. Don't know what they called them in German.

It is called a dispatch bag. And since a carry a gun, extendable baton and pepper spray in it, it isn’t gay. At all. Not in the least. :-)

I don’t think a weapons pouch/holster/knife sheath counts, a purse can also hold a gun, but a combat pouch probably (hopefully) will not become a purse, if you find yourself rooting past your hankies, hair brush, vanity mirror, rubber bands and aspirin, etc, to get to your fighting tools, then we may need to reconsider your dispatch bag.
