I just gave to the Salvation Army, but an Entertainer ie. court jester NEVER.
Like they did during the filming of the long withdrawn Rock’n’Roll Circus, the Who knock the Rolling Stones out!

How about all the million and billionaires playing in this stupid concert contribute a million or to of their own money and we forget about the the whole concert. Let’s see them put put their hard earned bucks first.
It’s always easier to be free with other people’s money!
Especially the shot of your President hugging an Obamaphone lady. "He cares about me". Unlike that Republican Mormon, whatsisname!
The Brit musicians just didn’t know. When President Obama came down with the guv’nor of New Jersey, whatsisname, he made everything all right, which is why the country re-elected him, he looked so “Presidential”, “he cared about me”. He made everything all right the oceans receded and this benefit is unnecessary. But the Brit musicians just didn’t know.
Another Survivor watcher here. Adios, Abi.
Billy Joel sings a Christmas song for the uber Liberal crowd- that was great.
“A guy I take the bus with to NYC had 4ft of water in his main floor. My donation went directly to him. No percentage from a charity that pays hundreds of thousands to their higher ups.”
Excellent way to do it. As others have mentioned on this thread, enjoy the concert - but if you wish to contribute to a worthwhile charity, give to the Salvation Army.

Thank goodness. Although she did bring some entertainment. I really don’t care who wins except I really don’t want the sex therapist to win. Any of the other three would be cool. Lisa winning would be awesome.
Me too.
I have no doubt that, like most “charitable functions,” these performers will either get paid handsomely for doing this OR they will take a big tax write-off for donating their performance to this event.
I was hoping he'd sing Angry Young Man and dedicate it to Springsteen.
Apparently Yoko Ono was not allowed to join the stage festivities.
Too bad there seemed to be a political litmus test as to who could participate in this event (even manning the phones).
Can’t bring this nation together when liberals insist on spitting on conservatives at every turn pointing the finger of blame at them.
“See me, feel me, touch me, President Obama. Please” (that was the narrative of accompanying photos which DID include Mister Obama). Bit of a change from Kanye’s “Bush doesn’t like black people” outburst the time before, isn’t it?
It’s propaganda. Recognize it as such.
No. I don’t want to watch any of that. There is nothing there that interests me in the least
