Used it for many years in work vehicles, Jeep I6’s, 351 Clevelands, older 350’s and other basic engines. Never used it in anything with lots of plastic or aluminum parts.

Watch lots of utube videos before you attempt it. You can do incredible damage if you do it wriong!

Oh yeah, don’t do it on a sunny Saturday morning when your local EPA spys are watching, the smoke cloud is unbelievable.

This thread is very interesting reading.
I first learned of it when I went in for a SMOG check and the mechanic friend mentioned what he was using to assist in improving performance.
I had brought in a 2002 Ford F150 with 125k miles for testing. I had been using a product called Extreme Fuel Treatment by Syntek Global. It was brought to my attention by a friend. We didn't add any Seafoam but did test the F150 out. The results came back with a PASS. I had the mechanic check the read out on pollutants. He did a double take and said that in all the tests he had done none ever had a performance read out that.
