Many years ago I saw a chimpanzee rollerskate—backwards—while smoking a cigar.
Hands behind his back, wearing a little derby hat and red-striped vest, on the Ed Sullivan show.
He (the chimpanzee, not Ed) was really smooth, a regular Hans Brinker on wheels.
So I’m thinking if anyone can teach jurisprudence to these cavemen, it’s the Dutch.
