Have them call you. It’s just hard to find, but they do call pretty quick.

Yes, I have. I have also chatted them. Always quick service and resolved to my satisfaction. I even had my kid mistakenly Buy a movie to watch online when it was free for Amazon Prime Members. They refunded it in a 35 second phone call. So far, I have no issues with Amazon customer service, even if it is outsourced.
